You must be at least 18 years of age to use HealthNest. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
HealthNest provides an AI-powered mental health support platform including AI conversation tools, therapist matching, appointment booking, progress tracking, and educational resources. HealthNest is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or the Samaritans on 116 123.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
HealthNest subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by UK consumer law. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Our AI tools are designed to support mental wellbeing and complement professional therapy. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare professionals. HealthNest makes no clinical representations about the AI's outputs.
Therapists on the HealthNest network are independent professionals. HealthNest facilitates the connection between you and your therapist but is not responsible for the therapeutic relationship or clinical outcomes. All therapists are independently accredited by BACP or UKCP.
You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, using the service for unlawful purposes, impersonating others, or submitting false or misleading information.
All content, software, and design on the HealthNest platform are the intellectual property of HealthNest Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our written permission.
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, HealthNest's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to HealthNest in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@healthnest-ai.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
